Refund & Returns Policy

At Scentful Stories, we want you to love every order you receive. As our products are handmade wax melts and home fragrance items, please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

Returns -Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for: * Change of mind * Scent preference * Used or opened items All sales are considered final unless the item is faulty or damaged. 

Damaged or Faulty Items- If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve this quickly, please include: * Your order number * Clear photos of the damaged or faulty item(s) * Photos of the packaging Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds If a refund is approved: * It will be processed back to your original payment method * Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear (depending on your bank/provider) We reserve the right to refuse a refund if: * The claim is made outside the 48-hour window * Insufficient evidence is provided 

Cancellations Orders- These can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or dispatched. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed, we may not be able to cancel it.
