Processing Time All orders are handmade and prepared with care. * Please allow 2–5 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched * During busy periods (e.g. launches, holidays or promotions), processing times may be slightly longer You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the service selected at checkout. * UK Standard Delivery: عادة 2–4 working days after dispatch * UK Tracked Delivery: usually 1–3 working days after dispatch Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery option. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time—these will be clearly stated on our website.
Delays Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of the courier. We are not responsible for delays caused by: * Postal/courier services * Weather conditions * Customs or unforeseen circumstances
Incorrect Addresses Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your order is returned to us, you may need to pay for redelivery.
Lost or Missing Parcels If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to help. In some cases, we may need to wait for the courier to complete their investigation before offering a replacement or refund.
Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy and contact us within 48 hours with photos.
