We create and sell handmade wax melts and home fragrance products designed to make your space feel cosy, fun and beautifully scented. Our website and store (the “Services”) are here to give you a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience from browsing our collections to receiving your melts at home. Our store is powered by Shopify, which helps us securely process orders and payments. By visiting our website, browsing our products or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with any policies mentioned here (including our Privacy Policy). You agree that all information provided is accurate and up to date so we can process your order correctly. SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS All of our wax melts and home fragrance products are handmade and designed with care. Because of this, colours, shapes and finishes (including glitter and toppings) may vary slightly from product photos—this makes each item unique. We do our best to display products as accurately as possible, but colours may appear different depending on your screen or device. Scent descriptions are provided as a guide only and may vary slightly depending on personal preference and environment. We may update, change or discontinue products at any time without notice. 

SECTION 3 – ORDERS When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received and processed. Please double-check your order before placing it, as we may not be able to make changes once it has been processed. If we need to cancel or amend your order, we will contact you using the details you provided. All orders are subject to our Refund Policy. 

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND PAYMENTS Prices may change at any time without notice. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Prices do not include shipping costs unless stated. You agree to provide accurate payment and billing details and confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. 

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but all delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs or circumstances outside of our control. Once your order has been handed to the courier, responsibility passes to you.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES Our store is hosted on Shopify, which helps us provide a secure shopping experience. Any purchases made are directly with Scentful Stories. We may also link to third-party websites, but we are not responsible for their content or services.
